Parallel Disciple

Privacy Policy

This starter policy explains the privacy principles for the Parallel Disciple website and planned iOS app. It will be updated with final service providers and App Store disclosures before public app release.

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Information we collect

This marketing website does not require an account and is designed to avoid collecting sensitive spiritual reflections. Standard server logs may include an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps for security and reliability.

The iOS app may process account details, reflection responses, progress, consent settings, and support messages when those features are enabled. The app will explain collection at the point it occurs.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, save user-selected progress, secure accounts, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and operate consented features.

Reflection data is not used to issue prophecy, diagnose mental health conditions, rank holiness, or make claims about divine intent.

AI-assisted processing

Optional AI-assisted reflections are routed through secure backend functions. Provider API keys are not stored in the mobile app. Only the data needed for a requested feature should be sent, and the feature should be clearly identified before use.

Sharing, retention, and security

Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate requested features, meet legal obligations, or protect the service. We do not sell personal information.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and data minimization. Retention periods will be documented in the final in-app policy, together with account deletion and export options.

Your choices

You may decline optional AI features, manage consent, and request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Contact us for privacy requests.
